Nominate Gilbert & Johnson Pharmacy as your chosen pharmacy to receive your electronic prescriptions (EPS) directly from your GP. This convenient service means your prescriptions are ready when you need them, with no paper prescription required.
What is EPS Nomination?
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your GP to send prescriptions electronically directly to your chosen pharmacy. By nominating Gilbert & Johnson Pharmacy, your prescriptions will be sent straight to us — no need to collect a paper prescription from the surgery. We can then prepare your medication so it's ready when you arrive, or deliver it to your door.

How to Nominate Us
Setting up your EPS nomination is quick and easy.
- Ask at your GP surgery to nominate Gilbert & Johnson Pharmacy
- Or visit us in-store and we can set it up for you
- Provide our pharmacy code: FQK09 (or ask us)
- Your nomination takes effect immediately
- All future prescriptions will come directly to us

Service Cost
Free
EPS nomination is a free NHS service. There is no charge to nominate us or to change your nomination.
Important Information
EPS nomination applies to future prescriptions only — it does not transfer existing paper prescriptions. Some medications (controlled drugs) cannot be sent electronically and will still require a paper prescription. You can nominate us at any time and change your nomination whenever you wish.
When to See Your GP
EPS nomination does not replace GP consultations. If you need to discuss your medication, have concerns about side effects, or need a medication review, please contact your GP. We're also happy to help with medicine-related queries.
